Yes, we deliver to the UK and shipping is always free both ways! We also deliver to:

Are your Movies Censored?
No, all our DVDs full uncut hardcore version. Our DVDs are not
edited by censors, they are the studio original explicit
versions.
I have received my first movies on the trial so how do I now
become a full member?
If you haven't cancelled your account during the trial
period and returned all your DVDs by the end of the trial,
you'll automatically become a full member.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Major Credit and Debit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta,
Visa Electron, Switch, Solo and UK Maestro. Sorry, we do NOT accept cheques, cash, postal
orders or any other forms of payment.
How can I become a member if I don't have a credit/debit card?
You can only become a member if you have a credit card - if
we can't confirm your age then we can't accept you as a member,
sorry.
Can I upgrade my membership and if so how do I do this?
Just log in as usual and click on - Your Account - at the
top of the page once logged in then - Account Management - Then
click on change subscription level.
My subscription has been suspended because of a billing problem
- how can I change my details?
Just log in as usual and click on - Your Account - at the
top of the page once logged in then - Account Management - You
can now change any of your personal details.
I have forgotten my password - how do I log in?
If you have forgotten your password we can email it to your
email address, all you have to do is click on the link Forgot
Password in the top left hand corner.
My
login is not working - how do I access my account?
The usual error with account logins is incorrect data
entered into the 'Email Address'' and ‘Password’ fields.
Particular care should be taken with similar characters eg. '1'
& 'I' and '0' & 'O' of your password. These fields are not case
sensitive.
How do you guarantee my privacy?
We understand that you want to control your personal
information down to the last detail. We're only in one business
- getting entertainment to you fast. The information you share
with us goes no further. And we don't think having a good
experience means getting pelted with loads of unsolicited
"related" emails. We don't like it and we won't do it.
Will adult DVD's play on my DVD player?
All of the titles we sell are 'Region 0', this means there
is no regional coding and are playable worldwide. DVDs are
formatted either PAL or NTSC and some old TVs may not be able to
handle a NTSC signal, check your TV menu options and ensure it
is able to accept both PAL and NTSC signals or you can set your
DVD player to output a pseudo-PAL signal called PAL60 by
flicking a switch on the back of the player or in the DVD player
menu options.
My DVDs are updated as dispatched but they have not arrived?
Once dispatched orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 working
days from the date of dispatch, please be aware that due to
circumstances beyond our control some orders may take a little
bit longer due to delays in transit.
Will you send my order in discreet packaging?
When you rent from DVD Monthly you can be assured that all
orders are quickly delivered in discreet, envelopes by express
delivery. There are no markings on your order whatsoever. No
exceptions.
What is the procedure for a DVD that is lost in the post?
All our packets are bar-coded and scanned several times
on-route to their destination, particularly the start and finish
of their journey, so please don't worry, as the post office will
be able to locate the missing goods.
I have lost the return pre-paid envelope - How do I return the
DVD.
Just log in as usual and click on - Your Account – at the
top of the page once logged in then - Customer Service - to
report a problem with the DVD, will send you a new envelope to
return the DVD at no cost. |
